DO NOT USE CAROLINA FRANI. We tried to get in contact with her DAYS ago. No response. She finally answers on the last day offers are being accepted. Long story short, we did not get the approval letter in time (got back to us as late as 8p). Unprofessional when she does respond and inconsiderate of our time. Will be working with a different mortgage company.

I was referred to Marisol and I am SO DISAPPOINTED that she was so unresponsive in the middle of an extremely stressful time buying a home in this crazy market. After preapproval once my offer was accepted, Marisol was no where to be found. Sent her several texts and called her directly, with no response. I understand things happen, but communication is key!
