Called for an auto loan just before 5pm on a Friday when I was making my way to the car dealer, Sara Roedel helped me with a pre approval in 10 mins on the call. She called me first thing Monday and we closed the loan by 11AM with a very competitive rate. I have not seen such seamless and friendly service at a bank in a while. This local credit union works better than most big banks. The manager of the bank is also very sweet and helpful.
Great people, fast process, very productive and highly recommended for your loan needs.

My fiance had a joint account here with her father, and has spent two years since his passing trying to withdraw the funds in the account. She has been stonewalled or ignored when trying to communicate with the bank. One of the employees at this branch, Mariah, was very helpful, and actually informed us that there has been no reason the money could not be withdrawn, and closed out the account for us. Mariah was also the only one of the three employees that was wearing a mask at all when we arrived. Of the other two employees, one failed to put the mask on properly and the other did not have a mask at all. 0/5 for the bank's general communication skills. 1/5 for how this specific branch is handling COVID protections. 5/5 for Mariah being helpful and wearing a mask.

Terrible customer service. Their call center promised a call back and then never called back. I called later and was given an attitude by the person who answered the phone. I would take your money elsewhere and I will likely do the same.

My father had accounts with this bank including an equity line. When I closed his accounts they would not release his money until I paid off the equity line which is against the law. I did not know at the time. When I sold the house, I found out that they never notified the county that the equity line was paid and now the money is locked in escrow. This was a completely unethical move on their part. I will never do business there again.
Update: After posting this review I received a response from the bank. They were extremely helpful and are working with me to correct the situation. I changed the rating from a 1 to a 3.

You have to log into mobile banking once a week or your account gets locked out. The app won’t let you deposit checks over $3000. They wouldn’t let me deposit a check into a joint account with only my signature. If you want a bank that’s easy to work with this is not the place.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with "Maria A." who is supposedly a manager here.
She was very adversarial on the call. Not sure why you'd treat a customer like that.
Was told there is a simple solution to my issue and that we were talking for 16 minutes. Not sure why she'd mention the time of our call, other than her time is more important than helping me understand the problem and my solutions.
Obviously I'm upset over the fee on my account which I wasn't expecting. Having to speak to someone who was rude and dismissive of my concerns is not what I want from my banking representatives. Probably should teach a more empathetic approach, Picattiny. Being told "you should be more responsible with your funds" is just rude, irrelevant. and not helpful.

Couple weeks ago stopped by for an auto and had the worst experience at a bank ever. Maria one of the tellers was trying to help me with the paperwork but even before we finished it she said I would probably not qualify. I was super disappointed because I have had 3 auto loans all paid for in time in the last 10 years. They also have one of my mortgages also in good standings and my loan was not even considered. They used to have such an amazing management team and it is pretty obvious with all the bad reviews this past year or so that their customer service has significantly declined. I do hope someone takes action because many people in the community can really benefit from a credit union.

Very rude employees. It’s obvious that costumer service died well with with covid. But you are a financial institution. I’m not going there to ask for favors nor handouts. Again, VERY rude employees. At least for this afternoon. And before any excuses arises.. we are ALL busy.
