Bait and switch scam. Do not trust this company. They will take your deposit and drag the process numerous times until deposit gets exhausted. NO RESULTS

I have purchased or refinanced 3 properties with CRE in the last 6 months, two being large Bridge loans and one of those property got taken out with a permanent loan. Great rates and service.
