Literally closed every branch and left no alternative ways to get money. the only one near by from Absecon, egg harbor, galloway is the egg harbor township one off fire road and their ATM never works. I’m closing my account because to pay fees to get cash out because THEIR lack of access is ridiculous.

It took five days for a state check to clear . I reach out to customer care. They did nothing for support. Time to switch banks , it should not take that long like it’s 1985. Not good !!!!

I have been depositing checks for about 2 years every week for my employer at ocean first! My Drive through and inside experience has always been so pleasant!! Though I came with multiple deposits I never feel rushed or get a bad vibe from a teller which is a relieving for my day. Even speaking to Debbie on the phone about an general question was comforting. Her and a person on her team did more then was needed to make sure I had an answer. This branch literally goes out of their way for their clients. Out of all branches this one is Definitely my favorite and I highly Recommend it!

i used to love this location i’d drive from
hammonton just to use them, but that will be changing after i was just hung up on mid sentence and given an attitude because one of their clerks at the window yesterday did not explain anything to me and caused my account nothing but issues.

Very clean, every employee had a service with a smile which was very heart warming to see. I went to cash my check unfortunately I wasn't able to since my ID was expired. But I had a water bottle and a snack provided by the bank while I waited in line. I will be back to cash my check with the correct credentials.

Have been banking at this branch for years and always have received personalized service. Linda was patient with and helped me reset my password after being locked out. The tellers are always upbeat and personal and make me feel at home.

Miss Sanchez was a very good helper I went to catch my check and she explain to me how everything goes do to it being my first time.. other teller where very polite. Overall good experience
