Never had a bad experience. Fraud department is extremely on point. Just make sure you call before you order flight tickets and fill out the appropriate paperwork before using your card internationally! Great interest rates on loans and credit cards. Free checking. After-hours deposits.

Used them for about 7 years now. Do not have many complaints. I can not believe people are using big banks like Chase when good honest banks like this exist. I'll never go back
