My experience with Thrift Investment Corp. is A+++. My son purchased a used car in NJ a few months back. We were not pleased with the interest rate and loan terms from the used car lot. I personally spoke with Ross who worked with us to help our son with a manageable rate and term loan all while helping our son establish credit. I then needed Ross’ assistant with this same used car company who wouldn’t return my calls. Ross intervened and within 5 minutes, I received the call I needed. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ross and his competent team at Thrift Investment Corporation. Im not understanding why thw reviews are so bad? I have had nothing but a great experience since working with Throft Investment Corp. They are understanding of late payments (just call) and do not harrass you if you are a little late like other places do. Everytime I call I get assistance and end the call feeling relieved. Sometimes some staff is friendlier than others, but some personaitys are better than others.

Been dealing with this company for 2 years. They are very professional. Just like any other loan company they like bills paid on time. That being said they will work with you if you fall behind. I give them a A+.

I was told that this company may not be a good company to work with...I was told they were crooked however I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I was sick and out of work for awhile and have been having trouble making the payments and they have been amazing. I have spoken with someone on numerous occasions with my trouble making the payments and each time they have been so nice and willing to work with me and I couldn't be happier with this company! I had a great experience with one of the Thrift Investment agents named Ross. I was going thru a divorce and had my credit not as good as I wanted to. With the assistance from Ross of Thrift investment agency in Fords NJ, I was able to rebuild my credit and have a car loan from them as well as many other agencies like capital one and leader’s financial. Thanks to Thrift team with a special thanks to Ross, I was also able to purchase the car that I like to purchase with Park Avenue Lot in Linden NJ. The owner of the dealership Kevin was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I purchased the car I liked not the cars that he wanted to sell. Thank you to both of them.

I felt the need to leave a good review because of all the bad ones. I have had TI for over 2 years now and have nothing but great experiences with the company. As someone with a not so great credit background they approved me for a loan and have been great with reminders and flexibility. If you cannot make a payment or are going to be late THEY WORK WITH YOU, just call. I like them better than any other company I’ve used and I have used some big names that have a “good” reputation that were TERRIBLE. I will admit that the customer service reps are a little straight forward but for me it’s not a bad thing, they get to the point. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. Again, if you have issues with your loan or are not happy call and they will work something out with you!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They were not pleasant in explaining extra fees, made me feel like a criminal instead of showing empathy. The representative told me "we don't have to show any kindness when you owe us". And Im just the co-signer trying to figure out the last payment on a car loan.

The most disrespectful people I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I literally never do google reviews but this company deserves one. They do not care enough about anyone to even address an issue or a simple problem. Their customer service speak as if you calling is a dis service to them.
