Steven has gotten everything from email addresses, even after being texted the correct email, wrong. Thought the deceased's brothers were her descendents and completely had the wrong information about how the estate assets would be disbursed. He was using a website that is right half of the time for the information. It has been 18 days and we are still going in circles.
