Should have read the other reviews before wasting my time at this place. Did my application online (was PRE APPROVED), they called me and said I was approved for what I asked for, and then some. And at a decent monthly rate, sounded like a nice deal! Showed up in their office to verify everything, and they wouldn't pay me a dime. I was told my "income and car's value has changed" which is BS. My income is EXACTLY what I said over the phone, and the only thing different about the car is I underestimated the odometer by approximately 6000 miles (it's not a new car, I said 146k when it was actually ~153k). How the hell could that make such a difference? Thankfully my father was kind enough to lend me the money I needed out of his retirement savings to pay my medical bills. Don't waste your time with these people. The positive reviews mention specific staff members, makes me a little suspicious.

don't apply for personal loan, the interest rate is way too high, instead of helping you in your current situation it will get worst, all of the payment will go to the interest rate, it is fixed. Try not to borrow money to one main financial, it is a bloody bank. and the website won't even show you how much money is going to your interest rate and how much going to your principal amount. I disable my paperless so i can get the monthly summary of my payments but I never receive it on my mail, I tried to call them to address this issue but keep on re directing me to other stuff, it seems like they don't want to talk about it. very disapointing.

Freehold branch is a scam and unprofessional The employees and report false information and statements to the credit bureaus. They will take your personal information and exploit your information and then discredit your credit & ruin your credit score. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
