My fiancé and I are very happy with the experience and the results delivered by the Get a rate team. We worked with Daniel Valencia with expertly guiding us through the process all the way to closing Day. Very knowledgeable and provided helpful information to guide our decisions. The communication, whether by phone or email has been excellent. Before finding Daniel and his team, we spoke to another lender who made us feel intimidated , no one should ever feel intimated with this journey! Daniel made us feel at ease and I have already recommended a family member and a close friend! We were very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and quickly the whole process went compared to hearing from others. Their platform was clean and easy to use, Daniel and his team was knowledgeable and responded to any of our questions extremely quickly. All-in-all, we highly recommend them!

This company has ultimately tanked our deal 48 hours before closing. They had every detail pertaining to our home purchase weeks in advance and at the last minute decided we needed to pay an additional $17000 or we could not get the loan. This is after they increased closing costs by $4000 shorty before our original closing date and forced us to move the closing date. We provided all documentation in a timely manner and still had these issues that will likely not be resolved.
