Highly recommend! We worked with Danny Valencia. As first time homeowners, we had A LOT of questions. Danny was super patient. He provided all the info we needed to ease our anxiety and was a great resource throughout the entire process. He offered advice on improving our credit score a few extra points to score the best interest rate and was able to match the lowest one we found when shopping around. I would hands down work with him again.

This company has ultimately tanked our deal 48 hours before closing. They had every detail pertaining to our home purchase weeks in advance and at the last minute decided we needed to pay an additional $17000 or we could not get the loan. This is after they increased closing costs by $4000 shorty before our original closing date and forced us to move the closing date. We provided all documentation in a timely manner and still had these issues that will likely not be resolved.
