Very convenient process and great people to work with. Joyce, at the Hamilton office here in NJ, is a pleasure to work with. This is my 2nd time working with her and both times she was A1. My only criticism of the process was that the corporate folks wouldn't approve the amount that I requested, because they said I never had a monthly payment of the amount I would be paying even though my truck that they now hold the title for is worth $21,000 more than the amount they qualified me for. We all, including the branch manager, didn't understand why. Other than that. Great place to work with.

Everyone was professional and friendly and was also very thoughtful of a person's needs and wants. The whole process took 30 to 60 minutes more or less. I for one was very impressed and totally satisfied with my experience there. Edie

Krista (Kristy?, she talked fast) was extremely condescending. You might have thought I was asking for a lung from her first born. Even the receptionist who answers was rude. I know we're in New Jersey but jeez, they need to learn customer service skills. I was told I would receive a call before close that night, and didn't hear anything for 5 days, and that was an email. Thankfully I found my small loan elsewhere with very sweet people working there!

If I could give zero stars I would. I applied to Lending tree for a payday loan in the amount of $1200 February 2018. I needed to pay off 1 credit card the next week so I could use it for something important. I have done payday loans before and NEVER had this terrible experience. RIPOFF CITY. This location was close by-cool. I can pick up the check and I'm good. I had a physical therapy appointment the same day, so I asked the fake voice Joyce over the phone how long it would take(telling her I had a dr. appointment) and she said "A minute". To me that means a short time-NOT an hour or more. I get there and she drones on and I have to leave for my appointment. Joyce whines. OMG. I come back and it was lengthy. I am "approved" for $6700. I tell her I want $1200- $2000. Joyce says " You are approved for $6700 why not take it?" I stare at her and DO NOT ANSWER AFFIRMATIVELY. She says she is going to give me a check made out to me and the credit card company and mail it to the card company. I said 'do you have to?" She said " No but I am going to" I need to use that card next week. That wont help me for my emergency. I pay them off on my own as I planned and I figure I'll return the rest. They are supposed to email me the documents I supposedly signed. A month later I don't have them. I had left a voicemail & nothing. I called customer service when I got the bill which was almost $9000. I asked for an explanation. He didn't know. I wanted to change the due date, he had to transfer me back to the branch. So what good are you? I had to send a certified letter to get the docs. In addition they are drafting out of a closed checking account after I wrote them not to. So 2nd certified letter goes in the mail tomorrow. What a nightmare. Now that my credit score is jacked for $9000 instead of $2000 I cant refinance my car and I may not be able to retire in 3 months. The interest rate is 30% Why would I pay 30% on a loan when my card is 20%? only for an emergency and not for $9000. So my question is does fake voice Joyce get the commission right away? I DISAGREE SHE IS NICE, SHE USES THAT FAKE, NAUSEATING VOICE. I work in a call center so you know the spiel. I didn't ask or $6700 or $9000 and no one can tell me how it got to $9000.
