Awful customer service doesn’t know polices of the establishment. Not helpful at all. Has no knowledge of the check cashing business.

So I haven’t been there in a few years and because of and only that I couldn’t cash a $150 check. She says I could leave it with them and pick it up in Agee days. This is ridiculous.
