Community Check Cashing, Lakewood, NJ

I went to this location. I needed to go here as a last minute thing. I normally don't need to cash my payroll check at a check cashing place. As a first time experience I WILL NEVER GO BACK! We all should be treated on a Individualized basis. I observed the lady behind the window very short with the customers. You felt her words.I know she needs to keep the line moving but we all wait for our 2 minutes to get up to the window. I was 4th in line so I was able to watch and listen. She turned everyone away for whatever reason it was, It could be valid. I will give her that. It was 11am so they practically just opened. Her mannerism says it all. She obviously was already frustrated . People go there because they need to and as a company you should have more friendly/courtesy people running the Front. This service isn't FREE we pay for it.

Not sure what Royal ice, or Prince cold is saying...CCC always gets my checks cashed no matter what location I use. They are quick, their rates are great, and the management is easy to work with. Get there on time, have ID, and history of fraud and your SET! I never post reviews, but I can not let a local small business with a great record of over a decade be put down!

I've been at this location nine times to cash my check not once have I had an issue but apparently the owner or the manager of the store it's a complete a****** his employee cursed me out told me to go f myself refuse service to me all because I was black she's extremely disgusting and the managers know better I called him up his name is Mike and he told me to leave the store I explain the entire situation to him and what happened and he refused to hear what I had to say I would never ever ever wish for anyone to go to this location left it up to me this location would be put out of business for good they don't deserve to work in the community and be racist and disgusting people. this is not the last that this company has heard from me I'm reporting them to Consumer Affairs and I'm going to make it my personal Duty that they are put out of business stay away from this place they're no good.

I was .looking for a check cashing service. I read the first one. In lieu of comment, I will not be doing business with you. Although not there, it is to much detail for her not to be telling a lie. You do not need to be in business in The United States. We don t treat people like that who spend their money supporting you.

Terrible service can't verify a basic work check. Bring business elsewhere. This place is a joke
