OneMain Financial, Ledgewood, NJ

I took out a loan with OneMain Financial, using my car as collateral. After completing the transaction, it was difficult getting in touch with the branch, as they rarely respond to voicemails or e-mails. Once the loan was paid off, they were supposed to return the title of my car to me. Once I finally got someone to respond to me, they advised me that they put it in the mail months ago, sorry, it must be lost. They did not send it certified or any other way that it could be tracked. Now I need to go to the trouble and expense of obtaining a replacement. They promised to provide me with a letter, but I still have not received it.

Wow, horrible. Clay was very nice and professional, but they took a while to approve an auto loan and came back with a 15% rate!! I’ve never even heard of such a thing!! Very disappointing. I definitely do not recommend.

This process was simple and quick. Clay and Angely were extremely professional and friendly. From start to finish, I had my money in 5 days.

OneMain Rewards is not accessible. I need to access the site to use the rewards. Are there any IT or compatibility notices that I need to be made aware of? Only use Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome?

AWESOME staff, processed my loan right away and had me on my way in very little time. I definitely recommend them for your financial needs.

The company does not work with you easily. They don’t like to call you with information they text you with information so if you don’t receive the tax, you’re screwed pretty much. I asked him not to take money out of my account. I will pay it on my own from now on, and they still way into my account to take the money out telling me they sent me a text message. How unprofessional is that what bank or long lender, Texas you about your finances highly recommend everybody to stay far away from this company. This is the second time I’m dealing with them. The first time around was great. This time has been nothing but a real nightmare
