Thank you to Greg and the team at Medford Mortgage for all that you did to make the refinance of our existing mortgage a success! During the process of understanding whether or not I should move forward with a refi was one that I had many questions/concerns about in terms of understanding whether or not it made sense to proceed(or not). I had spoken with several lenders who were helpful but didn't really take the time like Greg did to demonstrate the impact of moving forward based on my current situation. After working with another mortgage company that took 3 months and still no end in sight, I received a follow-up email from Medford Mortgage (found from Lending Tree) asking how things were going - gave them a chance and boy are we happy! Just about everything was email based, called when I had questions, and moved very smoothly. Greg was great to work with and returned fast to emails and phone calls. I couldn't believe the rate (2.625%) we received and no where near the monies that the other company wanted us to bring to the table. Great service, speed and at the end of the day, closed our refi - Huge savings. Thanks!

Update: We used Medford Mortgage again to buy our new home and they just know how to make everything easy. We hit lots of roadblocks and delays this time around with a particular home but they adjusted effortlessly to help make the mortgage process as smooth as possible. My husband and I love this team.
