If you want to be able to access your account via website.......don't pick this bank! Most times it tells me me username is wrong, it's been the same for 10yrs and it makes me change my password word every 90days and will not allow me to reuse any password. It is to hard to remember a new password 4x a year!!!! And then the site tells me it's incorrect even when it is not!

Love the excellent customer service you get at both locations. Mayra Gonzalez, at the branch on Main St is super friendly and helpful definitely deserves to get employee of the month. I would never think of trading banks.
