This company is a fraud! They repossessed my truck for 230.00 with out notice and is asking for me to pay them 2,500.00 plus 525.00 in storage fee. My payments were weekly at 115.00. Never missed a payment for year and half. First time I was late. They are refusing to release the car even after contacting them with cash. They refuse to give me anything in writing specifying the dollar amount agreed on. Besides the fraudulent contract they are not a trust worthy company.

Fraudulent company, don’t finance with them. All they do is repossess vehicles and resell the same car. 26 motors is owned by palisades company. All they do is scam and steal money

Very rude, this company is a fraud and will be reported. They try to rip people off. They say one price but try to write down another, staff tries to bully people. No customer service, very unprofessional. Shady business because numbers don't match and when you question it you get the run around.

Great Bank. My credit was garbage and they were the only bank to approve me. I paid every month on time and paid off my car. This built my credit tremendously. I thank Palisades for giving me a chance that no other bank would.

In October 2021, I made a purchase of a 2018 Mercedes E300 from 26 Motors, which involved their lending company known as Palisades Funding. Initially, I was unaware of the connection between the two entities. In November 2021, I encountered significant issues with the car, particularly related to electrical problems with the headlight. This occurred only a month after I acquired the vehicle, and during that time, I also had to replace the brakes. Shockingly, the car was sold to me with a malfunctioning headlight, essentially one working headlight. To add to the initial unpleasantness, I had to be escorted to my car on the first night due to a threatening incident that took place while I was at the dealership. Looking back, this should have been a warning sign of the tumultuous experience that lay ahead with 26 Motors and Palisades Funding. Following numerous visits to the dealership to address these issues, I eventually decided to return the 2018 E300 due to its persisting electrical problems. It's important to note that I had the vehicle for only a month at this point. They had sold me a car with a non-functioning headlight, which was truly unacceptable. In addition to these mechanical troubles, I also had a concerning encounter with one of the owners, Moshe, who is known to have a questionable reputation, as evident from my Google search results and his involvement in a case related to Ford. After I voiced my concerns to him, he agreed to exchange my car for another one. However, when I went to the dealership, I was met with poor treatment by the manager, who couldn't comprehend why I wanted to part with a used car with a defective headlight. The irony of this situation was not lost on me. Ultimately, they offered me a 2019 Mercedes A220, which was priced at $29,000 at that time. It's important to mention that I had already paid $10,000 in cash as a down payment. I continued to own this vehicle until last month. In late June, I fell behind on my payments due to a bank error. I maintained open communication with them throughout this period and was on the verge of settling the full arrears by mid-August. At that point, I asked them whether I needed to surrender the vehicle for three days while I arranged the payment. To my surprise, one of their VPs promptly responded, insisting that I surrender the vehicle. I complied and contacted the repossession agent to arrange the collection. On August 15th, I reached out to Palisades again, inquiring about the process of retrieving the vehicle. They informed me that I would have to await a letter via mail before I could pick up the vehicle. I patiently waited for the letter, only to discover that I had roughly two weeks to come up with a staggering $30,000. The rapid escalation from owing $3,500 to $30,000 within days left me baffled. At this point, I had already paid approximately $39,000 for a car originally priced at $29,000, with several years of payments remaining. Despite my numerous attempts to contact Palisades, they failed to respond to my emails until after the date by which I could recover the vehicle had passed. It became evident that they never intended for me to retrieve the vehicle. Subsequently, after the sale date had passed, they provided me with their attorney's contact information, and I have yet to hear from them. The practices employed by Palisades Funding, 26 Motors, and Palisades Collections appear to be predatory. I am seeking assistance from relevant agencies to resolve this matter, as it is beyond my capacity to address this unethical situation on my own. If you are considering conducting business with them, I strongly advise against it. They have demonstrated themselves to be unscrupulous operators and should be approached with caution to avoid potential scams and unethical dealings.

Palisades Funding Corp are Scam, Fraud , please please please don’t try to use them in any way, they will bury you alive. I paid 25000 down payment, I paid almost 15000 on my monthly payment and got late for only 2 months, I called them to make a payment,( Gloria) they told me to wait, instead the send a tow truck to repo the unit!! Seriously? I tried to talk to them but they refused to listen, I told them I will paid for 3 months but still they refused. God will work with you guys by any means. Thank you!
