Very responsive and on top of things. Area of improvement would be to better tailor communications, documentation, and portal to 1st time home buyers and people unsure on the process. You should have the portal with steps. Today you need to upload X, Y, Z, then before the P&S agreement, provide information A, B,C, then 10 days before closing this will happen and 3 days before closing this will happen etc. so buyers can keep up to speed and make themselves ready without so much clarification and back and forth with the Loan Consultant.

Jen has been incredibly helpful in this process. She is extremely quick to respond, provides clear explanations, and even gave us some ideas to help win the bid based on what she's seen in the market!

I used this company for a mortgage loan. Their customer service representatives are very professional, knowledgeable and organized. Their online portal is very easy to understand and handle. When ever I had any questions or concerns, they would rapidly respond to my inquiries and ease my concerns. There were some delays but it was all understood due to COVID but I most certainly will be referring loanDepot to family and friends.

My wife and I selected a house during an open house event after leaving a scheduled sales appointment across town. With a challenging seller there was a narrow opportunity for a closing. Based on prior experience with Mike of Loan Depot, I was able to call and revise our approval document for the home we found ourselves wanting to buy. There were a handful of bumps in the road along the way to the closing. The loan depot team stayed on the task and guided the assembly of professionals to a delayed but successful closing.

Bart and Matt have been great, and have made this process seamless. They get back to me in a timely fashion, and make me feel like a valued customer, not just another number. It truly has been a great experience, and I would totally work with Bart and Matt again the future.
