This Mount Holly location has been so helpful. My experience was excellent. Everything was explained clearly. Got exactly what I went for.

Biggest waste of time. These people made me waste countless hours of my time for nothing. My phone was bombarded with calls & emails all day every day to have a loan that was already approved finalized. After several days of going back & forth with paperwork the loan was cancelled. This office rushes/pushes everyone they get on the phone to get a loan no matter what. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I came to the Mount Holly branch after a bad experience at another location. Everyone at the Mount Holly branch made me feel welcomed and they all took me seriously when it came to getting a loan. One of the best loan agencies in New Jersey! Highly recommend!

I moved over 500 miles away and wanted my account transferred this branch did nothing but argue with me the lady was extremely rude. I have had to deal with her on two separate occasions via the phone both time she was extremely confrontational and no customer service. I have been a loyal customer of this branch since 2005 and to be treated this way is ridiculous. Boy do I miss Megan and Melissa they were always able to help and NEVER made me feel like I had to argue with them. I WILL MEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

Employees talk to you like you are dumb when you don't understand something. They are very rude and condescending. Will definitely be doing business elsewhere once my loan is paid off and if I need another loa . Would not recommend this branch at all.

I’ve used them in the past and I only needed 1500. They were great years ago when I needed a much larger loan. My credit isn’t awful and I make fairly good money, plus I’m recently retired so I also receive a pension. They wanted me to put up the title to my car worth 15-18Xs that with an insane interest rate. Borrowing 1500 would risk a paid off vehicle and cost me 7500 in interests. Avoid at all cost and get in with a credit Union.
