I have had multiple problems with the online app.For the past 3 years. I consistently get kicked out of the app. And it is so irritating and I'm contemplating closing my account with them. The app does not even allow me to view my transactions and statements its difficult to even get my available balance on a consistent basis this is the worst bank app. I've ever had. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. The app needs a serious revamping and needs to be updated and revised. I've continously have tried to give this bank chance after chance and I'm still very completely unsatisfied with this service. Do Not bank with them for you will regret it.

Worst customer service they take it forever even put a single deposit the ATM now there’s available the app not let you do in the posit make sure you have a Lotta time when you go to this bank

Staff are Very friendly and Fast Service. Love it! , I never wait more than 5 minutes.

Great small town bank with friendly service!

This is the second time I have had issues trying to log into my account. The first time I spent 4 hours on the phone. For the first 3 they told me it was my computer. I went on my other computer and it was the same issue. Finally they changed something and I was able to get in. This Saturday same issue they are unable to fix it and said we are going home call us back Monday after an hour on and off hold.

I will not recommend anybody to put money in that bank. That's a warning. When I went with my family member would throw the money and close the account, they refused. The behave was like the war partners would my family members account, and control of my family members account.They were very rude, one particular person, Who's supposed to be the manager of the branch, vicious evil who hounding on a people ccounts to benefits from. She should be fired.
