Poor customer service. People who have not banked there, may not be familiar with how banking works there. The person I worked with was very short and almost annoyed I was asking questions. Why work with the public if you're THAT easily annoyed. No wonder I don't banking in the state, their attitude stinks.

I have been with the credit union for over 30 years and they have always been a pleasant group to work with and quick to respond when I needed financial assistance. Just today I received a call from the credit union advising there was a concern with my account. We resolved it quickly and easily.
