My experience was wonderful. Michelle is the person who handled my account and she was always accommodating. Whatever I asked for she was always more than helpful. They even told me to call them first before I buy my next car so they can give me a great rate.

My own experience with this company was pretty good during the time of my loan. I didn’t feel hassled or harassed for payments. If I was late, as long as I communicated with them they were understanding. I can happily say I have paid off my car. Worry free! Martha was an exceptional account rep!!! She was very pleasant, polite and down to earth!

I had awful credit when I took out my car loan 4 years ago and now I’m in the excellent range thanks to them. Martha was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the last four years. She arranged payments for me when I was out of state and would go out of her way to make sure I got my payments in on time. My car note is paid, I have 100% payment history and a credit score that seemed impossible for me to attain all those years ago. You're literally better off taking the bus. The vehicle I bought with them was totaled in a no fault accident. They were paid out through my insurance, they were paid out through the insurance they arbitrarily decided to make me buy and added to my payment, and then they decided to sue me so they could get paid a third time. Their interest rates are usurious, their customer service is extraordinarily rude -especially Michelle, who will be calling you every day, sometimes multiple times, whether it's legal or not, whether you've made your payment or not. Get a secured credit card, hire an attorney to fix your credit, save up and pay with cash, buy a bicycle, hitchhike with a serial killer on the loose... do anything, ANYTHING but buy a vehicle with money from this filthy company- they should be prosecuted.

These people are thee worse I wouldn't recommend them to the homeless trying to get back on their feet. SHUT THEM DOWN they're a scam.
