OneMain Financial, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ

Do not trust this lender!!! One main financial will apply 98% of your payments towards interest. They applied 4 months of payments towards interest only. Beware of this lender in Parsippany!!! They refused to adjust the interest when I requested to pay my loan off after 4 months and even found it amusing, which I felt was very unprofessional. I suggest you try another lender like lending club. They are very fair as payments get split between interest and principal. Good luck!

Stay away from these clowns! OneMain Financial sell themselves on sites like CreditKarma and such, claiming that they lend money to people with bad credit. There are a lot of of companies who lend money to people with bad credit and charge high interest rates. These companies take out money directly from your bank accounts. OneMain Financial is not the only company who is doing that. OneMain Financial falsely advertise to lend money to people with bad credit but they look for a near perfect credit when you approach them. They will have you go through an emotional roller coaster and waste your time to finally say 'NO'. They look at your credit report and they ask for more documents. Upon receiving documents, they sit on them and don't even bother getting back to you. I was dealing with Ivonne L Correa at the Parsippany branch. If told at the right time, I could have gone to some other company sooner (which I eventually did and borrowed). It was a total waste of time to deal with her. They don't deliver as promised. Do yourselves a favor, go somewhere else!

HORRIBLE communication skills between the agent and customer in Pascagoula, MS!!! Actually ran so many credit reports that they lowered the score every single time. I think they get paid by the number of credit they pull.. DONT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Easy - fast, but too high rates

Unless you want to oay back 12000 to borrow 5000 do not do this. I borrowed 5400, after 200$ monthly payments for over 2 years i still owed 4600
