Alpha Finance Corp., Piscataway, NJ

We noticed.my.dad had a lien on his semi with this company. We did what we needed to for them to retrieve it. Seeing as he has passed away.During this process, they promised to sell our dad's semi (as is).keep the portion owed to them.and send us the rest so we can use it.for his funeral. They did not hold.up.their.end. They were suppose to wire this money 2x in one day and then stated it wouldnt work. They then proceed to send an overnight paper check and I deposited this check. They decided to break into my property, cutting a lock to retrieve the truck without notifying us that they were even there( we would have let them in the property had we had known). And quickly take the semi. I then get a call from my bank stating they did a "Stop payment" on the check. We have every conversation, every text sent, including the stopped check....looking at pressing charges. Property was sold as is. You cannot stop payment on something because you found other things wrong with it. An agreement was made for an as is sale. As is means as is. We have that proof as well.

One of the best finance companies I have ever worked with, if not the best. They helped me refinance out of a really bad loan and helped me finally make money again. I had a 2 year loan with this bank and have paid my payments on time since I was on autopay this whole time. I checked my credit and notice my credit was going down everytime I paid because they was reporting my payment to the credit companies as “late” an over time the loan have accumulated late charges from false reporting. I bough this to numerous representatives attention and they said the problem will be fixed. Well here we are at the end of the loan and nothing have been done I was informed I have to pay the late fee with was falsely applied to get the title to my truck. I even told a representative watch when we get to the end of this loan nothing will be done and they did just that. I have plenty of other aperwork showing the mistakes and I will post them. I have been trying to get in touch with this bank for over a week now . Someone will answer than transfer me to a machine with no call back and my representative ROBERTO don’t answer the phone either or call back. I have not received a call back from a manager either so how am I suppose to get the title to my truck idk but there’s some crook stuff going on. Check photo to see ledger and see how a $25 late fee was applied since day one. Again I was on auto pay and they automatically too money every other Friday

First off I wanna thank everybody At Alpha Finance Corp for getting me in my Tractor trailer. Mind you I was rejected by 10 company’s. I Was also told that I would never be able to finance a truck with My credit. Alpha finance proved them all wrong. I’m forever grateful and will continue to do my business with them! Thank you keep up the great work!!

This bank applied a late fee to every single payment i made resulting in my credit going down. MY PAYMENT WAS ON AUTO PAY SINCE DAY ONE so how am I being charged a late fee??? They are currently trying to make me pay all the late fees after I paid my 2 year term to get my title. Representatives recognized it was a problem and said it will be fix but nothing was done. SCAM
