My experience with Alpha Funding was exceptional! The team went above and beyond to ensure that our purchase was well-funded and prepared to close. Shoutout to David Z. and Matt W. for their hard work! They communicated with me all throughout the process from start-to-finish, which made me feel confident that I partnered with the RIGHT lender. At the end of the day, it's a people business. I highly recommend the folks Alpha and I'm looking forward to continue doing more business together.

Have done a couple of projects with Alpha, and their customer service had always been too notch. Their process is streamlined and communication is very responsive. Customer service is an aspect of my business I will not compromise on and that means doing what is right by our sellers by closing when we say we can close. With Alpha, I don't have to worry whether my deals will close. I know they will. This is awesome peace of mind because I can then concentrate on other aspects of the business.

IF YOU ARE AN INVESTOR STAY AWAY FROM THE NEW YORK LOCATION.... I saw the reviews at this location and call the number think ing that I will be working with someone from this location but my call got routed to a NEW YORK branch that seems to be a new branch and has no reviews. I worked with Jason and he use the bait and switch technique to get me to go with his quote, then increase the interest rate in the middle of the deal by a 1/2 point. They have fees upon fees, and the fees are high too, the total lender including appraisal came up almost $15,000 (Including $600 appraisal) on a $288k loan amount. They told that they will do my cash out refi at 70% LTV, send me the term sheet with numbers to support the 70% LTV. The day before closing to they told me that they can no longer do 70% LTV, they can only do 60% LTV. They wanted to charge all that lender fee only to cash the property out at 60%. Either they don't know what they are doing or they simply trying to get over on you. Oh, and they have made some unnecessary changes to my LLC at my expense ($260).

I can't say enough good things about Alpha Funding! Alpha helped me close on two incredibly challenging multi family real estate transactions simultaneously in different States when other lenders couldn't get their stuff together... Both properties had complicated backstories including evictions, foreclosures, and looming auctions. Alpha helped me close on both properties in a matter of weeks and funded 100% of my renovation costs. Collectively I was able to secure over $1.1M in funding, save someone from losing their home to the bank, and help another family find their forever home! I had a client submit an application for a fix and flip online and there was a technical glitch that delayed the underwrite. When I called I actually reached Matt, who is the Chief Revenue Officer for Alpha Funding. After hearing the issue, rather than passing me off to a member of his team, Matt actually took ownership of the problem, got on a 3-way call with my borrower and helped work thru the deal and offer terms on the call.
