Refusing to cash a payroll paycheck because the back wasn’t signed in the cashiers presence has to be the stupidest policy I’ve ever heard of . Not to mention the patron had legitimate identification. Your supposed to be serving the community not breaking stones .

Horrible first and last experience very rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere else if you need any service they offer.

Used them for years to cash my checks and always left within a reasonable time. They get busy just like any other business and it helps if you are courteous to the staff as they are to you.

Mr seagraves I was In your check cashing place yesterday understaffed waited in line For 20mins just to get two pages faxed for 4.00 and the whole time she can Only wait on one person Now I'm just getting faxed she can't wait for my confirmation to come thru she comes behind the counter and start helping with the coin machine I had to go to a doctor appointment I told her I was coming back she thought my confirmation in the trash.Now the person said they never received the faxed Last time doing business there.

Fast, courteous and very professional. I wish more business were like them, the two tellers make the business.

Quick and efficient. As a business owner sometimes I can't wait for the checks to clear in the bank because of payroll. Process in this place is quick and efficient as long as the money's there you can go on your way. As a business owner I absolutely love quick and efficient. I appreciate them so much that they actually made a mistake in my favor and I was quick to point that out to them and give them the money right back. They do business the right way and we definitely need businesses like this in the community. The staff is very friendly and I definitely appreciate them. I wish everyone did business like this. Absolutely the worst check-cashing place I’ve ever tried using awful

Always a pleasure the employees are always on point . Courteous and professional. Note to new comers don't sign your check before you go in they need to watch you sign it . Bring your ID and they will give you a personal check cashing ID card . It's very convenient and affordable. 10 stars for rio check cashing ...
