Great experience with Mutual of Omaha. Joe has been excellent from start to finish, constantly making himself available to help me through the refinance process. Despite having a 3-hour time difference, Joe made sure this was not a barrier and answered all of my inquiries in a timely and complete fashion, which allowed the refinance to be finalized ahead of schedule.

Rodney Sorrentino was WONDERFUL to work with in refinancing my mortgage! I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional. Always called or emailed me back immediately when I had questions. He went above and beyond in answered my questions, and had a very firm handle on how the whole process works. I give Rodney GREAT kudos!! You should give this man a promotion and a big raise.

Very pleasant staff an hard working an even when you think its not going to happen they go above an beyond to make sure you get the loan .
