I would give zero stars if possible. I am a broker/Salesperson in the business for 20 years and was lied to f rom day 1 by my mortgage representative. I am very aware of the entire process and asked all the right questions and was completely lied to. I can't imagine what they do to consumers who are not aware of what is right and wrong.

Sal and his whole team was great at getting us through the somewhat complex process of obtaining the mortgage I needed.

Cindy is incredibly knowledgeable and her team is very professional

Rodney and his team get the mortgage process completed swiftly, thoroughly, and prompt attention to all questions and concerns addressed and updated as needed.

Overall, the closing process was very smooth and enjoyable.

The way tasks were giving in the online portal we were never overwhelmed. We appreciate being able to do this from another state.

I highly recommend Loan Depot! My loan officer, Cindy Rossine, and her entire team, were communicative, responsive, and efficient. Not only was the process seamless from start to finish, but they treated me like a family member. Use them, seriously!
