Julio is awful. I called in because online I kept getting a notification that I couldn’t pay a certain amount because it was less than what my statement payment was. It was wrong because I made an early payment weeks ahead. I was trying to figure out if the payment went through when he just jumped to me making another payment. I said that’s not what I’m calling about and then repeated myself. He got all nasty with me telling me to give him a chance. When he was the one jumping all over the place. I asked for the manager to call me and we’ll I’m still waiting for that call. I’m half tempted to just pay off this loan so then One Main would end up loosing money because then they wouldn’t have made a dime in interest on me… yup I’m that petty. I guess we’ll see if I get a call from the manager now since I had to write a review.

Painless, no wait time when you call, easy upload of documents

Got a loan through this company along with unemployment insurance just in case I were to become unemployed. Paying extra each month for the peace of mind. Now that I became unemployed and provided them with all the paperwork to prove I'm unemployed and receiving benefits through the unemployment insurance of the state. They are becoming extreamly more and more hostil and difficult to work with. I have had to fax over the same paper work 4+ times. Each time because of petty stuff for instance. I was requested to write a letter not once but about three time. each letter the same but being denied each time for not because being signed on one occasion to not being dated the next. Every time I call up to find out the status of the claim they make some bogus petty request's for the same information I have provided 4 times previously. I have giving them everything I can possibly provided to prove I'm getting unemployment there the state. This is beyond frustrating. If they weren't going to cover the loan in the 1st place why offer the service? That's false advertising and put my family and I in a much worse place. Will I get refunded the money I put towards this insurance? Probably not. If you do decide to do business with them good luck. I recommend you go else were because this company is only looking to get over on you. Good luck.
