Dina is amazing! We worked with her while still looking for a house to purchase through to actually closing on a home. She was always available and willing to answer questions, although we didn't have many questions because she explained the process up front and was completely transparent every step of the way. Dina made applying for a mortgage a lot easier and much less stress than we imagined it would be. Two thumbs up, five stars, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

If it weren’t for Dina, I’m pretty sure my husband and I would have ended up living in a cardboard box under a bridge somewhere. We were about a year in to our home search and so discouraged when we were introduced to Dina by our realtor, David Frey (another exceptional human being). we quickly realized she was the missing piece to our puzzle. Once we had an accepted offer, she had our commitment letter ready several weeks ahead of schedule so we could close before the Holiday. I work with and encounter lots of people that just dont care about what they do. Dina is NOT one of those people. There are so many great things to say about Dina Parla. I contacted Dina way before I started to seriously look for my first house. I had questions, so many questions. Fear I had sooo much fear. Dina took so much time to answer everything I needed to know. She even told me things I didn’t ask but she thought id like to know. She was so informative through every step. Dina is amazing. My spouse and I relocated from Michigan and as you can imagine, loans work differently there. We had conversations with 5 mortgage loan originators before deciding to go with Dina. From our first conversation, Dina gave us a heads-up about how NJ mortgage policies may differ from MI. She was the only one of the five to do so and that immediately stood out to us. She gave us multiple options for choosing the right type of loan and schedules of paying it back. For example, we were surprised to learn that the usual recommendations for down-payments did not necessarily fit all homeowners. She schooled us on what to consider for when choosing interest rates, e.g. intended length of stay, etc. Our closing went 6 weeks beyond the expected date. Dina stayed on top of things during the entire time and honored our requested timeline adjustments. In general Dina clearly knows the ins and outs of her field (maybe even a little more than her peers), works in your best interest, and is very communicative. She even responds to calls/texts over evenings and weekends! You'd definitely want to go with Dina Parla.
