IRA BODENSTEIN completely led me on. Had me set to close on a house Christmas week. Told me everything was good, even told me I had to go and paint this house (FHA approval). I painted a house I didn’t even own yet, and was told to pack up all my belongings to be ready to move Christmas week! This LoanDepot Consultant ignored all my calls and e-mails THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY OF closing. Several days AFTER Christmas he told me they were still working on approving the loan because of they had to verify income from an old employer that I was no longer with. LoanDepot knew all this information from the first few conversations we ever had! This was handled Disgustingly by the entire company. I had to pay for an inspection, paint this house and pack up everything I own RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I had 2 toddlers and a newborn baby at this point. What kind of human would do this to somebody?? I beg all of you to stay away from this entire company, especially Ira Bodenstein. Karma will come around in the most unexpected ways for people like that. They ruined Christmas for 3 young children and a young couple INTENTIONALLY!
