This company took it upon themself to add insurance to my car when I already had car insurance. This was done 12 months after I purchased the car and proof of insurance was shown to them otherwise they would not have allowed me to drive the car off the lot. Not only did. They add the insurance to my loan and increases my monthly payment on the car to make it more than double. In addition my car payments are automatically withdrawn from My account so that I never missed a payment. But since they increased my monthly payment the automatic payments don’t not cover the new cost. So they reported that I have missed car payments. This company is a scam. Don’t use. The never emailed me, called me and no letter was received by me asking for proof of insurance. They could have called my insurance carrier that was supplied to them at the time of purchase and they would have supplied the proof of insurance. I have never had such a issue before and I have purchased many cars in the past. Shame on them and their business practices. If your car dealership offers you a loan from then at the time of purchase ask them for a different bank. They also stated they do this at times on a yearly basis so it can happen again and again.

DO NOT USE THEM! Especially for a car loan. They decided that they could just purchase insurance for you even though I already had insurance - at a cost of $3k/year! They just tacked it onto my car loan without any notification. Decided to just pay it off and it's now been 2 months and they still haven't sent me the pay-off note or title. Try to call and they just put you on hold and then hang up on you. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SHADY BUSINESS

Been in some way dealing with them for years. First car loan, checking accounts, and now a 2nd car loan. Here's a fair honest review. Only took first loan as grandmother is a member and she helped cosign when I was 18. Nice enough but back then nothing electronic and had to pay in person. Fast forward to 35. Had a decent offer for savings accounts which I don't have with them nor ever had. Told me I want a new member so only option was very low interested so put my 50k somewhere else. Next applied for a mortgage with them and a few others, which I tried another occasion and for someone with low debt, excellent credit rating, and decent 6 fig salary gave the worst rates of all places. Straw that broke camels back is I transfered my car payment few days late for 1st time ever. Call and ask for 1 time reprieve and nope write a letter and even then lucky if they clear. Will absolutely never use them again and thinking I'll either pay this off early or refinance just to cut off any positive cash flow from this loan for them. Goodbye forever!

Really dissatisfied with the level of service I've received from them and not happy with the product. I set up recurring payments through my bank so they automatically send the checks, but because the mail has been late (not like there's a global pandemic affecting all aspects of society right now) they still charge me late fees even if it's only days late- never missed a payment btw. I called to talk to someone and see about adjusting the due date to help resolve their problem but the sales person offered no solutions other than refinancing the entire loan. How is that a solution? Never had an issue like this with any other lender. Clearly don't care about their customers.
Update: emailed for assistance with getting login information because i couldn't register for their online system and they just sent me a secure email message that just said: call us. It's like they don't want to talk to me.

I have nothing but good stuff to say about this credit union. I joined over yr ago and since opened a few more accounts with them. Every time I call for help or a have a question, I’m meet with very courteous and helpful employees. I’ve called numerous times by the way. Online banking and the app is great and simple to use. Arianna & Ashley P are two names I remember from my initial membership to my most recent account opening. I’ll be bringing my business account here soon as well.

This is the second time now in almost three years their auto pay feature failed and they charged me a service fee for missing a payment on my car loan. Bear in mind both accounts are within this bank, there's plenty of money in the accounts, this is a simple internal transfer, and their system screwed it up, so I get dinged $25? Cool. If you call and wanna get the fee waived they tell you that you need to write them a letter! An actual sent though the mail with a stamp letter! For something that's not my fault! What year is it?! First time this happened they "never received the letter" and stuck to their guns that I'd need to send another one... They never got that one either... Fantastic customer service, you guys are crushing it.
The second my current car loan is paid off I'm closing every account with them. There's a reason why the Google reviews at this and all their other locations are not great - this company is a joke.

Ashley Brock is fantastic. She took excellent care of me on my journey taking out my first loan to buy my car. Genuinely just an incredibly nice person and so helpful. Thank you so much Ashley!
