QL is the only collateralized loan service I’ve not only thought was fair, but respectable and willing to extend a due date within reason when I was in a really tight jam.Chris is a class act and I’ve never felt remorse at his establishment, like all the others I had tried.I’ve been to a lot of lowballed estimate shops that too often displayed extortion tactics.. Never will that happen at Q’s.,it’s the best of this service hands down.

I love qs loan because Chris is one of the most honest and loyal people and I feel safe with my stuff in his possession esp when times are rough and he bared with me and didn’t get rid of a very special belonging of mine until I was able to get right and I will never be able to thank him enoug!!! This is not your typical loan/pawn place. They are such good people who have no judgement and just operate with the utmost integrity. I had a horrible experience with a similar business. I was late with a payment so they told me my things were gone and sold. Yet when I located it all on eBay they would only let me buy it back. Not for the interest I owed, not even for what they lent me for those pieces but their own selling price! Q’s Loan would never do that to anyone. They are not a business that tries to take advantage of you when you are down. And sadly that is rare nowadays. I’ve been meaning to write a review for quite some time but I knew nothing I can say can quite express how much respect I have for these business owners and how grateful I am to them.

I stopped by several other places for quotes before I went to Q's and he gave me a much higher price for my jewelry. I was planning on stopping by a few more places but his offer was so far above the others that I gave him my business. Very nice and honest guy. I will be returning in the future.
