Don't wast your time and money with Asset Advocates. They are not organized and work backward. No Business process, they ask for tons of paper work that not even related to the loan. They work for the lender and not disclose anything to borrower.

Four deals closed in 2018 with Asset Advocate. These guys are awesome. Many products offered made it easy when selecting what best fit my needs at different occasions, an amazing customer service, and not to forget their ability of taking a deal to the closing table in a matter of just few days. Hector Leidy you guys are great at what you do. Keep that good work going ;)
