I have been a customer for over 8 years , called the day before to refi my loan. I gave them my income prior to my appointment. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes prior. When I arrived I was taken to an office in the rear of the store where I gave my ID and proof of income. The employee stated he would be right back he had to make copies . 45 minutes later still waiting . The place is totally disorganized for having loan shark rates of interest.
