I will start off by saying the credit union itself is a very good credit union has great interest rates on their loans and they will also help you get whatever you need as far as loans. But when it comes to customer service they are very bad I have traveled to this bank many times since I do not live in the area but they always make simple mistakes like when I say I will be picking up my debit card they will mail it and then when you ask what happened They say that’s the option I chose when I have never chose an option like that before or they have times where they like to get smart with the customer and do not know how to keep it professional. I really do like the bank just wish there were more locations because I really do not want to go back to the Vineland location due to bad customer service and I also wouldn’t recommend anybody else open their account in the vinyl location and pick a different location before making the choice of using the Vineland location as your primary bank. Hopefully you guys find this useful.

They are awesome! I had an account here for 2 years and my experience was great! Any time I need a loan they always help me out! Im never leaving them!

Worst bank ever, they will take you to court over $60 , debbie needs to be fired. Doesnt work with you whatsoever, has an attitude and is very ignorant. Glad i left this horrible bank

I went through Members 1st for an auto loan and it was quick and easy with a low APR. Auto loans can be a head ache and the staff here made it painless, very friendly and they worked with me to get my loan and paperwork done all in one day!

Staff is incompetent and unhelpful. Debbie is not good with people and likely shouldn’t be in a leadership position. Bank has ridiculous rules with the debit card. Closing my account as soon as my 1st of the month bills clear.

While I still have an account at members first I plan on closing it after being with them since 2017 I am tired of it the banking app that’s broken the customer service that isn’t helpful my card being flagged and locked out way too often outside of business hours like when I went to Florida and I was unable to access my debit card and it was after hours so I decided to move my money to my other bank account at Bank of America so I can access my money through the built in Zelle function on the app but the app crashes every time I attempt to use Zelle and the actual Zelle app forces me to use the members first app and not the zelle app so because I needed my money right away at that point I had to use venmo to empty my account causing me to get charged a percentage of the money I sent my self all because members first isn’t helpful won’t update their app and is out of date my Bank of America account I can access everything on their app just fine my debit card doesn’t get flagged constantly and if it does it has much easier ways of dealing with it 24/7 same with trying to get in contact with someone to help me with my account it’s 24/7 what year is it? your outdated app and your outdated and not useful customer service just doesn’t work get with the times SMH

The team at Members 1st is second to none. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to tackle any situation with courtesy. The rates are also great on their loan products.
