Not professional I hate calling them its a waste of time you always get a false statement. Mail statement and online is completely different. Then when ask they also sound confused. They need to be more organized more accurate understanding and professional. I had a assistant name Parker who was awful as a representative. Kept talking over me and when I tried to speak he would cut me off or hang up . If that doesn't show you what kind of unprofessional business they are then I don't know what will.i would rate 0 if possible.

Very difficult with communication. Every time I call I get a different agent and have to start all over again. Frustrating as all get out

They loose paperwork you have to resend more than once. Rep hang up on you after sitting on Line one hour or more.

I am a Real Estate agent waiting for a payoff for a closing today--requested 1/20-- Still do not have-- have sellers and buyers sitting at settlement waiting... We have been promised this was escalated numerous times and told it would be received within hours (this was 2 days ago, and still no one will get this to us. Sad that a company would put multiple peoples lives in jeopardy over trying to pay them off. We have moving trucks waiting and people with no where to call home.

In order for me to leave feedback at least 1⭐ has to be given. This company does not deserve any stars, let alone be in business!!! They are SCAMMERS!!! I paid my mortgage to them via phone in 11-2022 on like the 14th and they REALLY attempted to get another payment from me that same month. I noticed the double withdrawal approximately 3 days later and called to inform them of THEIR error. I was told the funds would take at least 5-10 business days to show up in my account. The days went by and nothing. I called back and was told the request was never put in. I was asked did I want it by check or deposited back to my account, I chose my accouunt and I should give it again 5-10 business days. Of course I didn't receive it. I received the funds back in my account in the very latter month. I received a NSF in the amount of $25.00 in December, I was beyond surprised and angry. I called to inquire the matter and was told my funds were not available. First and foremost, my bank told me that they never charged my account and secondly why would Selene attempt to withdraw funds being as though I'm not signed up for auto-pay. This happened in 11-2022 and to this day 9-2023, I'm still waiting on an answer. I'm going through attorney re this matter because they are truly SCAMMERS and hopefully I will be the last person this happens to. Btw: I did not select them, my account was transferred over to them. If you have just 1 thought in your mind to do business with this compan...DON'T. I truly wish that we as the owner could have say so over where our accounts are to be transferred.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would... but unfortunately- Google makes you give atleast 1star. LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO SERVICE A LOAN, (and we have and continue to have MULTIPLE loan providers in our investment business). Horrible customer service... and a true LACK of communication and organization at this company. It's very scary to know they are handling people's, and investor's, loans. We clearly did NOT choose this company as our loan provider, we didn't have a say in the matter, but if you DO have a choice- PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOAN "SERVICER".

This company lacks any sort of professionalism. Their customer service reps have no idea what they’re doing. And the payoff has all these different fees attached to it that we were never informed of. Why does it take receiving a payoff to be informed of late fees? It doesn’t make sense. Selene is a scam. I’ll definitely be making a Attorney General complaint.
