OneMain Financial, West Orange, NJ

Andres Mcdaniels is by the most unprofessional, pesky employer I have ever dealt with. Should be fired by tomorrow. Which leaves me to rate this place a one star. Just go elsewhere .

Branch Manager was very pleasant. Appreciated her help. But the young lady the assisted me with my verification process was terrible and lied about the process. Very rude, spoke over me when trying to understanding their qualification process and was just unprofessional overall. No shade to the branch, but I would replace that young lady with the glasses.

The worst experience ever! The young lady that assisted with my closing lied to me on most everything. I was assured that after my 1st payment I can change the due date ... What she didn't tell me was that it will be another inconvenient date. When I spoke with the "manager" all she could tell me was "that's why she's not here anymore ". Now I'm accruing MORE interest due to this misinformation- please DO NOT visit this branch if you want integrity & good service visit another branch!!!
