My team and I are currently giving Mike and IMN Direct and shot and working on getting a deal done. So far he has been very responsive and helpful but it is still early. They have everything they need from us now waiting on our terms and final go ahead from underwriting. Will definitely keep everyone informed on how this goes! Update: These guys are a scam STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called IMN Capital Funding for my first flip deal, Saales guy Mike was able to get me funding and also helped me with my LLC setup. I would certainly recommend them for mortgages in the future and would also recommend IMN to friends or family. Michael Corso is the most unprofessional mortgage broker/loan officer I have ever worked with. He was extremely unresponsive and barely answered any of my text and phone calls. I paid him $200 to start the loan process, which I have done before with another company, however, there was no progress made. Instead, he would make excuses and blame his underwriter. When I called the underwriter directly, Ken, he told me they couldn't do the cash-out refinance loan due to COVID-19 current situation. Michael never told me this information. Instead, he just stringed me along wasting my time, as if there isn't a million over lenders I could have been working with! I have yet to receive my $200 dollars, in which he told me he was going to refund. I would not do business with this company. You will not get anything accomplished!
