You can only pay a loan in person. Because of the inconvenience of not being able to pay on the app or online I paid it a day late since they were closed on my due date and My interest rate went from 3 To 18%. What a scam

First, the payoff check was late even though they assured it would be there on time. It wasn't. Then, a super. called and said that "we should have accounted for human error." Really. She actually said that!

Trying to get a hold of anyone is next to impossible. I have 4 fraudulent charges on my acct this morning and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I have sent multiple emails and have had no luck with anyone answering the phone or returning calls to me.

I have been with ABCO for over 10 years. I recently ran into a financial problem and got hit with over 5 overdraft fees because of my balance being under the amount needed to cover an ACH transaction. I was tight budgeted and it became a domino effect and resulted on overdraft over overdraft. A real nightmare. My financial troubles are my own but certainly it was a hardship not my lifestyle. With being with them for over 10 years, they could see that it is not a common occurrence for me. When I called to seek assistance. I was reminded about an incident that happened 3 years ago, that I quickly rectified at that time. They don't personally care about their members. They lack empathy. Even if there was nothing they could do they should not respond so negatively and act like they could care less about you. The tone of voice and the dismissive responses I got from the representative was highly offensive. This is not the first time that I have experience that type of attitude from the staff members. Perhaps they are underpaid and unhappy. I really do not know but I have halted my direct deposit with my account there and will soon be closing my account for good. Customer service is extremely important to me. And they have failed me tremendously. Sad to go but I am sure there are other credit unions that they can be easily replaced with.

I have been a member here over 17 years paid off 4 loans not one day late because I get direct deposit that comes into my account here. They denied me a small loan. I am going to use another credit union. DO NOT USE ABCO.

I have been with ABCO for a longtime and find that Ms Amber Boone is a valuable asset to the ABCO family. Her kindness and pleasantness was very helpful to me . Futhermore, she knew her job very well.
