I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED A LOAN TO PAY OFF ALL MY DEBT UNDER $4K AND I WAS DENIED BECAUSE OF THE DEBT I WAS TRYING TO PAY OFF... i guess banks don't understand everyone fell behind during covid. they are suppose to help the community but even when they approve you they give you a high apr. your better off going to quick loan online. faster process easy payment options and fast funding

I have been a customer for about 3 years and I will say that the first 2 years were fine but since they have let go a few in employees and hired some new people, it has been a complete train wreck. The current employees have no clue what they're doing. No one ever answers the phone. They say they will call back but they don't and they never have clear answers to the problems that you have with them. And when I requested to speak to a supervisor ( after finally getting someone on the phone, not by their direct number but by calling the 1800 customer service number) the representative claimed to be the District manager, only to find out in the same phone call that he was not. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I applied for a loan and everything went well. I upload the whole information, but for some reason the paystub was not able to upload in their system. I went to my schedule appointment and still they can figure out what happened. With the system. The guy name JR is the worst, he asked me the same question for the last 3 days. What a wasting time. Running for 3 days, and this guy JR needs some training

Great group to work with. My loan transaction was a breeze and everything was explained to me in detail. I highly recommed Onemain. They are professional and friendly. Thank you for such a great experience.

There are some people who are so rude they should not work in positions where they have to interact with the general public, such as the case as this location and gentleman by the name of Guierro R. I have a loan with then, pay my loan every month on time so much so they consider me a "valued customer". Because of him I will NEVER get another loan from this company and will recommend others to go elsewhere.

They are lier they just ask if u have car and doesnt approve if you sont have it. The process is too much theh ask about all your live including the cat at your home jaja

EDIT: originally a negative review, but I noticed something that I missed. The issue fell on me. Also, I would ask people to think long and hard before they go posting reviews. Just because something doesn’t go your way, it doesn’t mean the other party is nefarious. A negative review could potentially prevent someone from reaching out for assistance that they truly need and very well might receive.

THIS IS A SCAM! THIEVES, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!!! The bill never seems to go lower and the interest they charge is astronomical, I'm stuck paying this loan for the next 100 years as current terms apply, DO NOT FALL UNDER THIS TRAP!!!
