They were very quick and efficient and let me know all I needed to know and got me just what I needed.

Great at first then a disaster, I had the deposit put into a account that my SSDI check goes into and told them that auto pay would be pulled out of a different account and gave them the routing and account number. Instead they continued using the other account bounced my account and my bank closed my account costing me my SSDI deposit it took 2 months before I had any money to live on. I have a 5 year old grandson full time and we had nothing. I had back property taxes which if I missed a pmt and would cost me our home. I missed 2 pmts. Prior to this I had a perfect record with them, asked to renew loan after paying perfectly for over 6 months and I was told we are not renewing loans, well if they are hurting that bad they need to close down.
