The worst landlord I've ever had. Beware he discriminates against veterans and we are still dealing with him 2 years later because he refuses to pay us what the courts said he owes us. It's not very nice to do an illegal lockout on a vet working at the VA at the height of covid leaving no way for us to be safe with no hot water!

Buying a home is a very stressful process but the staff here explained every step along the way and took away our stress. Art and Diane are top notch! Creative has managed my rental property for 6 years. Everything is taken care of and I feel comfortable that my house is in good hands. They are very thorough in selecting tenants that have good references and credit history. I have heard horror stories about friend's rental houses and am thankful to creative because I have never had any problems.

During the processes of purchasing my first home the staff and loan officer made the experience so much easier than expected. Great communication skill giving me the status of my loan everyday.
