I was on a time crunch and needed a loan as soon as possible and THANKFULLY one of their representatives named Estefany assisted me in such a friendly and professional manner! She took the time to go through all the information and answered all my questions thoroughly. Any time I go to this location, the staff is very kind and makes me feel comfortable. Their relationship building skills is AMAZING. These people will ask you how your family is doing or how work is going (depending on what you share when you step in). And I think that’s very important because it shows that they care enough to remember who you are and take a legit interest in your life. Aside from that, the business in itself is awesome and they have great rates! I highly recommend you step into this location. I personally live closer to the 98th Street location but honestly, I keep coming back to San Pedro whenever I need anything because I know their customer service is spectacular so I wouldn’t want to take my chances anywhere else.

Total bait & switch. Website says they can give you a quote. False. This is simply a ploy to get your phone number so they can tell you what you already read on the website. The website says the offer builder loans. Also false. Doesn't matter to me how sweet & nice the staff is, this place is nothing but a scam if they don't live up to what they put IN WRITING!!!

Graciela and my husband made a PERSONAL agreement which resulted in Graciela committing loan fraud. So when I would go into Don Dinero on Coors Blvd SW and make payments Graciela did not post the payments toward the loan. She instead put the money aside and later gave that money (on the down low) to my husband. When I confronted her all she could say is that she was doing what he wanted since it was his loan. I'm sure this would be considered fraud and will be investigating which authority needs to get involved in such corrupt behavior. **** This was true confirmation received **** watch yourself with Graciela she's not trustworthy!

This place is the worst place to get a loan the girls were absolutely horrible did not help me at all the places extremely dirty and gross and they didn’t even tell me the right information and so they couldn’t help me and we’re extremely rude about it! do not go here to get a loan!!!

Can't say much towards business practices, I called to inquire about a loan but they apparently don't do those which Is misleading according to what Google states plus reviews but hey better luck to the next person.
