This establishment does not even deserve 1 star.I witnessed the owner being a rude hateful Karen to a poor elderly couple.I guess they were giving out Thanksgiving dinner to needy families and this elderly couple parked outside not even in front of her business and she was running outside making everyone leave that was parking in front.She didn't have to be so rude and as hateful as she was.These poor families are just trying to get food so they can have a nice Thanksgiving. Then they have to be dregraded by this hateful Karen. I'M DISGUSTED IN THE WAY SHE WAS TREATING PEOPLE I will never give business to a place like this. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED of YOURSELF!!!

My mom has been doing loans with Easy Loans for years. Even when my mom had the WORSE credit in the world, they still did business with my mom. My mom has even been late on payments and never was harassed about it or even had anyone called about being late. Bernadette and her staff have always been very good with my mom and her payments or needed to have them cash the check a few days after her payment date. NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM!!!!

I recenlty called and got approved for $300 loan gathered all necessary documents and drove from the NE side of town to this store. Once arrived I was told I could not receive the loan because 17 yrs ago a loan was taken out by me for a friend and he didnt finish paying the loan off he needed I believe $45 or $50 to finalize the agreement. Businesses get insurance for circumstances like this I'm sure she got more then what was owed. I would not recommend Easy Loans to anyone for any reason take your business elsewhere. Title Cash is amazing theyre friendly and help out as much as possible.

If you are a day late she will contact everyone you know, if you decide to do business with the devil please ask that she does not call anyone, the lady made my mom cry for christ sakes. And if you're interested in working for her STOP RIGHT THERE, she will hire you as a tax free contactor with the promise of bonuses and permanent employment after 2 months probation then fire you one week after you're a permanent employee over the phone and demand you never come into the office again With no explanation just so she doesn't have to pay you the bonuses you worked hard for. She's still waiting to get paid the bonus you promised Bernadette, I can contact everyone you know to get my money too!

This business is authentic and original. More like a family to be able to build your credit with and to get the help when you really need it. I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because I have been a customer for years and their service is outstanding. Thank you!
