The two ladies were very rude this was my first time going in to apply and I was so uncomfortable the whole time . The manager was especially very rude . They don’t make u feel comfortable and they definitely don’t have no customer service skills . If they don’t like working with customers they shouldn’t be here . The previous reviews don’t like definantly would not recommend this place to anybody. When ur in a time of need and u get treated like this it makes u feel worse

I was always given the privilege to extend my loan payment; today, they say because of their system their no longer able to do it. When I called to request for an extension, they asked me why, I explain the situation then she put me on hold to speak to her Manager. When returned, they can't do it, offered me to refinance. Refinance means throw away your money to pay down your loan and start over AGAIN??? Very upset, now I have to struggle to pay another bill. WOW!!!!!!!

I don't understand the reviews of bad customer service. The employees at Lend Nation have been nothing but nice to me. When I needed extra money I was able to refinance my loan no questions asked. I have also been able to get money when I had some available.

LendNation lent me money when others wouldn’t. They answered all the questions I had for them. Set me up on automatic withdrawal and they always call me a day before my payment issue to remind me that it is due. A few time I did t have money to cover the payment but the following week was able to catch up. They didn’t call me a million times or my work or family to harass about a miss payment. Interest is a little high but with all companies like this one they always are. It was a better option for me than doing a title loan. Also they gave me the money right away. So yes interest was high but in an emergency situation like mine at the time I expected that but appreciated that they gave me cash that very same day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs emergency funds

I had a great experience. The ladies we're very nice. Whenever late with my payment they would work with. Loan me money when no one else would. l appreciate them very much.
