If I could give zero stars I would... Both times I have been here it has been nothing but problems. I transferred to this branch because I no longer live in Santa Fe and that was a mistake. Leticia accused me of not working at my job. I can understand employment verification, but don't tell me the hiring process of my job when you work for a loan company. I offered for her to speak to my store manager instead of my pharmacy manager because she couldn't get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy. She tells me, "They don't do the hiring." It is beyond unprofessional to speak to your customer(s) in that manner and FYI THEY DO DO THE HIRING! If you need a loan -- take your business elsewhere!

Anyone need a loan no problem fastbuck is impressive. First of all Vanessa was amazing and on point. Very knowledgeable and made me feel like family really supportive. I will be continuing my business with them forever. I. am so happy and everyone needs to come here. Also the rest of the staff was also involved and working together to help me too wow I love u fastbuck and thank u for my loan and ur trust

I called several times got their voicemail, how hard is it to pick up a phone during normal business hours different days over am amount of months . I called several times over the course of two months and nothing and when I did they were extremely rude ,they had an attitude. No wonder they can't find a back to help them laon out money because if the employees act like this imagine how the management acts and so on and so forth , you're better off going to regional finance and world finance they have better customer service and you can ACTUALLY get a loan there.
