The staff went out of their way to help me. When I borrowed I had an Emergency, this is an awesome loan agency. The Manager and staff are awesome. Thank you Becky and staff! Happy Holidays. Awesome customer service.

I have nothing but horrible experience for the last month with them. They have been having system issues and have had employees promos to call back and leave early. If I didn’t need a loan in less than a week I would be ok with the service. Hope they provide better service than they currently are in the month of July & August!

Very disrespectful staff memeber, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. When asking for a manager I was laughed at by Lillian. Lillian is not customer friendly and very rude. Customer service should not be her profession.

Easy to complete application, supporting documents are readily available. Employees are helpful. In a day and a half the loan was approved and I picked up my check.
