The lady (Wendy) is very rude. When she called me I let her ask me questions to complete my loan process. When I told her I’m on jury duty in las cruces and only have 15 mins. She started scolding me about her having to get this done. I told her someone called last week and I told them to call on Saturday. She started telling me why didn’t I call. Excuse me but on Friday I drive back to Albuquerque and on Saturday is my only day to be with my kids and get them ready for the crazy week ahead. Because I’m out of town mine and my family are trying to do our best to make it to the end of this jury duty. I’m not here by choice. I really didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and hung up on me. VERY VERY RUDE!!!

Wendy and the other members of staff were really helpful they approved me for a loan when nobody else would. Best of all you can get a higher loan and even get furniture after your established and pay on time with them. Also they help you build credit. Definitely recommended!!

Rochelle was very friendly and professional. She helped me get my paperwork together and had me out in no time. The other ladies were also great and friendly. I will be recommending shamrock finance to all my friends and family
