If I could put six stars we would, start to finish Megan was professional, responsive and helpful. Can't say the same for our own agent or the title company but Megan was the glue that kept this deal alive. She was quick with a pre-qualifying letter which put us in a good position to make an offer on a great house in Taos NM. As rates skyrocketed she was very strategic in timing the rate lock to minimize the impact and keep things within our budget. She went above and beyond, even helping us to find a dog-friendly hotel when the seller and the title company was having trouble closing on time. And gave great tips on local eateries and home services (wait isn't that what an agent is supposed to do?) Can't say enough about Megan and would recommend her without hesitation.

I'm a realtor in the Taos/Angel Fire/Red River area and have worked with Megan on countless successful transactions and have finally gotten around to leaving her a review! She went way above and beyond just being a loan officer by actually going out to the property to verify hydrants for homeowner insurance since we were out of town.
