They are incredibly rude if you're not local. We moved here recently and wanted to keep our banking local as our previous institution is nowhere near here. The first experience was decent, but we needed to return with additional documentation. The return was a totally different experience with the same people. When we walked back in, we were not greeted or acknowledged in any way. We were ignored for nearly 20 minutes while waiting for the one clerk to finish catching up on several months of family updates and gossip. They were possibly working on something along side of the chatter, but it was not obvious. The best part was six (I counted) other customers were greeted warmly by name by the same clerk as they passed by while we were ignored. We got up to leave, and the third person in the gossip group chased us outside and was defending the clerk, saying she was almost done. She then claimed we were not being ignored, but the clerk was just busy. When I brought up the fact she was fully capable of greeting everyone else who walked by but couldn't bother to say anything to us, she denied that too. Not a chance are we going to bank here, especially in a town that has been overwhelmingly accepting and welcoming to newcomers.

Very rude not professional at all get attitudes when having to work with a guest do not recommend.
